Changing mail server
assignments in Eudora

1. Click on Tools, then Options, then Getting Started.
2. Change the POP Account to <user>@pop3.cport.com.  Replace <user> with your Cport user name.
3. Click the Hosts icon.
4. Change the contents of the SMTP field to smtp.cport.com.
5. Click the Personal Info icon.
6. Make sure your Return address is set to <user>@cport.com. Replace <user> with your Cport user name.

 

Note: if your version of Eudora has a POP3 Server field, the correct value for that field is pop3.cport.com.  This version may also require that you enter your login name without the @cport.com extension.  In either case, your return address should always be expressed in fully-qualified form, as above.
