Additional space is sold in 5-megabyte increments for $5.00 per month.

Cport.Com, LLC is not responsible for customer’s files residing on the company’s system.  Customers should take full responsibility for files transferred and backup of data stored on the company’s system. Files and images uploaded and published on the server, are the property of the customer. The customer will accept full responsibility for the content of user home pages.

Your free website may only be used for lawful purposes. Uploading of any material in violation of any Federal or State regulation of the United States of America is prohibited.  This includes, but is not limited to: copyrighted material, material which is threatening or obscene, or material protected by trade secret.  You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Cport.Com, LLC and its directors, officers, employees, agents, suppliers and vendors from any claims resulting from the use of the free website, which damages Cport.Com, LLC or any other party.

Any traffic, which is disruptive or destructive of any source, is absolutely prohibited.  Cport.Com, LLC does not allow pornographic material on the free websites.

Resale of the free webspace to other parties is not allowed.

The free web sites are restricted to a maximum transfer volume of 1GB (1,024 MB) per month. If you exceed this limit, you may be charged a volume surcharge for usage. This determination will be at the sole discretion of Cport.Com management.  Below is the surcharge schedule.

Volume surcharge: $20.00 Per Gigabyte over the limit

Executable scripts are available on a limited basis in the free websites. In order to verify the use of an executable script please contact our support department.  The use of an executable within a Free Web Page will be determined, installed and billed according to our web page design pricing located on Our Fee Schedule.  Cport.Com, LLC cannot guarantee that ANY executable script submitted can be used on the free web page. The acceptance of executable scripts for use on free webpages will be at the sole discretion of Cport.Com, LLC management. To purchase a personal or business user website, please contact sales.

All files, scripts, and programs developed by Cport.Com, LLC are the property of Cport.Com, LLC and may not be redistributed without the express written consent of Cport.Com, LLC Management.

Please note: We do not offer support for free Web Sites except as specified in our fee schedule. If you are interested in more space or assistance for your project, please contact our technical support department to discuss a commercial web account.

Cport.Com, LLC reserves the right to fully enforce the above terms and conditions. Any violation of the above terms and conditions will result in the removal of the material or cancellation of a website that violates these terms and conditions.
